SHIPPING
We aim to get your parcel out of our hands, in the post and into yours as soon as possible (dispatched within one-three business days). A tracking number will be provided to use and track the progress of your order. Please note that once products have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. We are always willing to help and support your experience here at From the Forrest so please if a product arrives damaged, or misplaced we will do our best to work with you to find a successful outcome. Replacements will be at our discretion once assessments are completed.
Please enter your shipping address correctly because you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend to the correct address. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can aim to amend with the courier.
Shipping within Australia
$12 Flat Rate Shipping to all locations in Australia using Standard mail via Australia Post. Please note that this may take between 1-14 business days. Please note that shipping times are a guideline only and cannot be guaranteed based on possible courier delivery issues, or unforeseen/unavoidable external events.
If you want your order quickly, we do offer Express Post to all locations in Australia via Australia Post at scheduled rates. Please note approximately 1-5 business days delivery expected.
Shipping to New Zealand
$24 Flat Rate Shipping to all locations in New Zealand using Standard International mail via Australia Post
If you want your order quickly, we do offer International Express Post to all locations in New Zealand via Australia Post at scheduled rates.
Shipping Internationally
We ship anywhere around the world. Postage rates are calculated automatically at the checkout. International orders are sent with both Australia Post and DHL International and usually take between 5 – 16 days depending on your country. We aim to have your parcel to you as soon as we can, but please understand that when goods are sent out it is out of our control how fast they arrive.
* International buyers - please be aware that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. If your order is not collected and returned to us, we will charge full cost of what postage cost was to, From the Forrest, plus 10% merchandise restock fees.
